Is your mind open for business or closed due to lack of faith?
As a business owner you will always get exactly what you expect unless you decide to expect something new. As a manager or owner your business outcomes are always a direct reflection of your internal belief system. In order to gain better results an adjustment of expectations is in order. This universal truth is alive and well in your personal life, too.
As an owner or manager of your business you have the right to want excellent results. However, you may miss the fact that your internal belief system is what determines the outcome of your company. When preparing for a long over due day off are you are grumbling about the ineptitude of your staff as you power down your computer? Are you projecting poor customer service and the misuse of company equipment along with slack sales, too? For a better bottom line switch your thinking.
Quantum physicists have proven that what we give attention to expands. It is natural law. When you get back to work following a day off and you start looking for company failures, guess what your eyes, ears and mind will pick up on. Because you don’t believe your staff is capable of making right choices on your behalf, your brain will not notice the ‘wins” they had while you were away. You must first believe success is available to you through the actions of your employees in order for that to be your reality. You can not receive that which you do not believe. For that matter, if you discover that those you employ are truly not up to speed on how to run your business while you are away, take personal responsibility. Have you properly trained them? When you take the steps to get your staff trained and empowered you have put faith in yourself for doing what is best for your company along with growing your belief patterns concerning your staff.
Belief is the fuel for great success and the good news is that the same is true for your home life as well as your business world. Look around you to see what’s wrong then consider one question: What is my belief about this area of my life? Dig deep to find the answer and then work toward shifting it in the direction of a better, higher vibration belief.
Your deeply rooted convictions will always be reflected by the world around you therefore in the interest of a better bottom line and stronger outcomes, you may choose to rethink what you believe.
